I agree that my decisions create my future and that I am solely responsible for the quality of my decisions, the data I gather to support them and the outcomes these decisions produce.  I willingly use Decision Driven® services to assist me, but in no way hold the owners and operators of this site responsible or liable for my decisions or their consequences.

I agree that the owners and operators of this site are not responsible for any consequences that result from periodic or temporary unavailability of this site.  Such causes may include, but are not limited to: internet availability, web site or server availability and software, database or server maintenance.

I agree to use Decision Driven® services only for legal purposes and understand that my subscription may be cancelled at any time without a refund if I do otherwise.

I agree that I will not attempt to reverse engineer the software that delivers Decision Driven® services, nor to copy or otherwise reproduce the decision patterns that have been provided for any purpose other than my personal decisions.
